My name is Nuno Baptista and i have some apartments in Lisbon, the majority in Alfama neighbourhood, Bairro Alto, Alcântara and also a Bed and Breakfast Suite.
If you want to spend some great days in the heart of Lisbon, you are welcome to my comfortable apts, centrally located and at very reasonable prices.
I speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and you can write me in Italian and German too ( i understand Italian and German but i don't speak very well!).
This site is still under construction and very soon it will be available in other languages. All apartments are fully furnished and the price for 2 people is 55 euros daily per aptartment except the apartments "Alfama-fado museum 3" (65 euros/day) and Santa Luzia ( 65euros). If you want to bring friends with you, a suplement of 15 Euros/person/ day is demanded.
Babies under 4 years old don't pay and all the apartments have baby cots.
All the apartments are provided with free internet wifi !
When checking the availability of each apt, if you can‘t find an apt. available for all the days you intend to spend in Lisbon, remember you can program your holidays in such way that you can stay in one apt. for a period of time and transfer to another for the remainder of your vacation. I will take care of the transfer at no cost to you!
To book an apartment, below each apartment page you have a very easy and safe booking sistem.
To make the reservation of this special apartment you must pay 30% of the total amount by bank transfer or via PAYPAL ( www.paypal.com ).
The rest of the value is paid in cash upon arrival and a security deposit refund of 100 Euros is required and refunded to you at the end of your stay. It will be a pleasure to receive you with a fresh bottle of Vinho Verde and a cultural program with the most interesting monuments of Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais!
During your stay i'll be always here to help you with all the information required about museums, transports, bars, restaurants, expositions, concerts, and other cultural events!
